Own the deployment of Alibaba overseas data center. • Partner with several stakeholders such as capacity planning, engineering, operation, procurement and finance team to ensure the successful delivery of infrastructure. • Manage multiple vendors to track progress, identify risks and solve problems throughout the project. Be responsible for the project delivery in targeted schedule, cost and quality. • Own initiatives to standardise global process of project management and improve the deployment methodologies to optimize the schedule. • Identify defects or waste in our deployment processes, and drive new processes and software automation to eliminate the defects and prevent them from recurring without posing risk to availability. Position Requirement Minimum Qualifications • 5+ years experience managing projects in data centers or comparable critical infrastructure. • 5+ years experience in Construction or Project Management. • 5+ years experience in Vendor Management. • Excellent written composition and #verbal #communication #skills. • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. • Ability to think and react in a high energy, fast paced environment.
