Monitor and provide engineering oversight of third-party engineering contractors and service providers to various Business Units Sustain and promote ExxonMobil’s safety culture __ B.Tech. or M.Tech. degree in Subsea, Offshore, Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering or related disciplines 3 to 13 years of experience in subsea engineering design or operations with expertise in one of the following - subsea systems/ subsea operations/ subsea hardware/ subsea controls/ subsea processing Working knowledge of Subsea Production System Hardware (Wellhead, Tree, Manifold, Jumpers, Connectors) Working Knowledge of Offshore Installation Activities Working knowledge of applying subsea engineering codes & standards, such as API 17D/6A/17H, ASME 31.3/31.8 and other relevant API, IOGP, and ASME subsea hardware and piping standards Familiar with typical equipment and component election drivers & tradeoffs, failure modes and demonstrated ability to diagnose the problem Awareness of subsea system architecture, and fundamental subsea hardware functionality Familiar with operation of typical subsea system including general layout, process flow and chemical distribution Familiar with the different types of subsea control systems (SCM, SDU, UTA, Flying leads), topside systems (MCS, EPU and HPU) and interfaces Willingness and ability to travel internationally as per business needs (<10%) #Strong listening, verbal & #written #communication skills in English Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with ability to mentor others and work with globally diverse business teams Flexible to work in shifts 1.30 PM – 10.30 PM IST
