This job reports into the Head: #Credit Book Control and Recoveries, and assumes responsibility for maximising Stage 3 recoveries and impairment releases and minimising Stage 3 recovery costs and impairment raises for Capitec Business (“CB”) and Capitec Rental #Finance (“CRF”). This will be achieved through: Assuming accountability for providing strategic direction to #Legal Recoveries’ personnel, operations, data application, recovery tactics, litigation, insolvencies, outsourcing and campaigns; and Ensuring the optimal realisation of collateral securing the non-performing #loan portfolios of CB ad CRF.
