As #Category #Manager, you will define and execute category strategies, lead sourcing and contracting activities, and ensure supplier performance supports #business objectives. __ You will act as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders, driving value, innovation, and sustainability across your category. Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, from identifying needs to selecting suppliers, conducting negotiations, and managing contracts. __ Develop, define, and implement innovative category strategies that create long-term value for DHL. Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business needs and procurement solutions. __ Monitor supplier performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure compliance with contractual agreements. __ Analyze #market trends, benchmark best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and savings.
