Handle land transactions across #ExxonMobil’s Unconventional portfolio and support #corporate Manage brokers for title research and due diligence related to transactions __ Obtain Title Opinions and assert defects related to target interest __ Review and draft leases, term assignments, and contracts and ensure terms meet development objectives and contracting standards __ Request and analyze economics to ensure accuracy and value delivery __ Negotiate with other companies and/or individuals in pursuit of leases, assignments, trades, farmout agreements, mineral deeds, etc. __ Leverage #network and relationships to negotiate acreage trades, acquisitions, and divestitures
