Be Responsible for interpreting customer requirements, becoming the #expert in their needs, ensuring internal #alignment while being compliant with Bosch #guidelines. This includes serving as the expert regarding customer order requirements; #EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), Labeling, & #Packaging specifications; and ensuring that the specifications are appropriately evaluated and implemented per the Customer Requirement Server (CRS). This consistent flow of data is necessary to prevent negative impacts to shipping, unnecessary costs or late payments from the customer. Improve current business processes by developing and implementing continuous improvement projects (CIPs) Lead cross functional meetings and communications with logistics and sales teams across North America.
