Managing a team consisting of a contracts manager and paralegal helping to build efficient contracting processes through our CLM and working on continuous process improvement initiatives Being the legal lead for our global sales and business development teams and support negotiating and drafting MSAs, custom development agreements, supply agreements, licenses, collaboration agreements, research agreements etc. __ Partnering with specialist attorneys, both within Abcam/Danaher and externally, on IP, employment, regulatory, compliance, M&A, joint venture/strategic partnership, and other matters and manage US based disputes, including litigations Developing and providing training for the global business with respect to legal issues, policies, and procedures. Representing the Legal function in various leadership meetings and actively contributing to the development and good business conduct of Abcam’s business
