You will work across #hardware, firmware, controls, behaviors and #systems #integration #teams to ensure every subsystem reports accurate, actionable diagnostic #data in real time. __ Success in this role requires a deep understanding of system-level fault behavior, embedded systems, and #service engineering principles. __ The ideal candidate combines strong #technical judgment with a system-thinking approach to create a robust diagnostics #architecture that scales. __ Define the architecture, requirements, and KPIs for on-board diagnostics, fleet health, and reliability tracking __ Develop frameworks for fault detection, health monitoring, event logging, and fleet-wide telemetry across all subsystems __ Collaborate with firmware and hardware #teams to embed diagnostic hooks, self-tests, and validation coverage, driving root-cause #analysis and closed-loop feedback to design updates __ Build service tools and analytics dashboards that enable scalable diagnostic readiness, maintenance planning, and fleet operations __ Mentor #engineers developing diagnostic logic, tools, and infrastructure while interfacing with systems integration, manufacturing, and field #service
