Main Responsibilities Responsibilities: As part of our technical service team you will provide technical IT support to our enterprise customers covering following tasks: • Implement Huawei storage products, including SAN, NAS, Object, Backup, Cloud storage and other advanced software • Provide technical assistance to enterprise customers via phone, email, remote access or onsite • Identify and resolve technical issues onsite under the guidance of our technical engineering team • Provide technical trainings to enterprise customers and partners • Design and implement data migration projects • Support the planning and execution of product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts in the Pre-Sales cycle in close cooperation with the sales team
