Drive the strategy, roadmap, and #execution for one or more Shared #Functional #Services. __ Partner with engineering to deliver cloud-native, scalable, and reusable services that power multiple # #Health applications. __ Define and own service APIs, extensibility points, and governance frameworks that guide #application teams in when/how to use shared services. __ Collaborate with #UX, Compliance, and Application PMs (clinical, back office, revenue cycle) to ensure consistent, intuitive, and compliant end-user experiences. __ Serve as a thought leader for platformization—turning point capabilities into reusable platform services with SLAs, observability, and extensibility. __ Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure Shared Functional Services meet adoption,, and compliance goals. __ Lead product discovery, requirements definition, and roadmap planning for assigned Shared Functional Services. __ Author PRDs to drive clarity, alignment, and decision-making across engineering, design, and product leadership. __ Balance near-term delivery (quarterly releases) with long-term strategy, ensuring adoption across multiple consuming teams. __ Partner with #compliance and #security teams to ensure all services meet HIPAA, ONC HTI-1, and FedRAMP requirements. __ Develop success metrics (adoption, CSAT, SLA adherence, reuse %) and track them rigorously. __ Communicate service strategy, roadmap, and adoption status to leadership and cross-org #stakeholders.
