Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain IBM #IBM MQ on distributed platforms (Linux/Windows) or on Mainframe platforms. __ Create and manage MQ objects (queues, channels, listeners, topics, etc.). __ Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity of MQ environments as well as manage MQ clustering, workload balancing, and failover configuration. __ Troubleshoots #troubleshoot and resolve incidents, performance issues, and integration failures. __ Maintain MQ disaster recovery and backup procedures. Document procedures, configurations, and issue resolutions thoroughly. __ Implement and maintain security standards (SSL/TLS, RACF/Active Directory integration, etc.). __ Automate routine MQ administrative tasks using scripting (e.g., REXX, Shell, Python #Python ). Participate in change management and deployment processes. __ Work closely with application and infrastructure teams to support new projects and existing environments.
