We are seeking a dynamic and strategic #Senior #Manager, #Business #Strategy to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving the execution of multiple business plans and projects, focusing on strategy and operations for #eCommerce at #Sam's Club. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor, managing cross-functional initiatives, defining processes, and ensuring the centralized function of the team. __ This position requires a tenacious learner with a deep understanding of digital merchandising, digital engagement, and the ability to navigate ambiguous and complex topics.Partner with operating teams to research, develop and implement new strategies and initiatives to improve sales, profit or Member experience. __ Establish E2E ways of working rigor, structure and program management inclusive of digital walks, formalize COE process and intake/optimize for Member friction points. __ Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities.
