Provide first-line support to #Freight Operations, Trading, and Optimization teams on vessel fuel, heel, and cargo management; implement performance strategies for cost and environmental savings. __ Deliver best-practice efficiency advice and training to internal stakeholders and ship owners. __ Support strategies to improve operational and #technical efficiency across T&S fleet and replicate best practices. __ Automate and process shipping data to identify value opportunities. __ Provide analytical support from fleet-wide performance trends to voyage-specific equipment analysis. __ Drive continuous improvement in commercial #operations for voyages and ports. __ Prepare operational efficiency reports and assist in benchmarking owned, managed, and chartered vessels. __ Contribute to #Shell’s data analytics strategy and tools #development. __ Assess GHG regulatory impacts and support emissions monitoring/reporting projects.
