#Alibaba Cloud Intelligence is seeking a Solutions Architect for its #Public Cloud/Big Data & #AI division in Riyadh. The role involves driving market insights, designing tailored cloud solutions, and leading pre-sales engagements to expand Alibaba Cloud’s footprint. The architect will collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, innovative solutions and empower internal and external stakeholders through training and technical leadership. __ Output market insight analysis reports for specific segments based on demand information such as market development trends, market space, core scenarios, and pain points within the specific segments __ Gather competitive intelligence and develop differentiated competitive solutions by analyzing #competitors' strategies and solutions in competing projects __ Responsible for pre-sales guidance for clients, engaging in conversations with clients in their own language to gain their trust, uncover their true needs, and generate effective business opportunities __ Create targeted solutions based on client needs, formulate the correct product selection strategy, proof-of-concept testing strategy, bidding strategy, and product configuration strategy within the project, secure contract signing, and continuously increase Alibaba Cloud's market share within the specific segment __ Promote the incubation and large-scale replication of solutions within the specific segments __ Promptly identify and address #technical and project risks during solution implementation, collaborate with R&D and delivery teams to ensure proper contract fulfillment and achieve revenue conversion __ Accumulate knowledge documents such as general #cloud architecture templates, best practices, and case studies for specific segments/scenarios __ Provide presentations, evangelism, and empowerment training to #sales teams and ecosystem partners __ Abstract and summarize product needs and defects in specific areas to drive #product improvements, new product project establishment and major feature launches, and enhance product competitiveness.
