Experience in fostering long-term, profitable relationships in broker and/or client organisations within the London and/or Global insurance markets. __ Successful track record of prospecting and winning new clients in the industrial/specialty insurance segment, as well as experience with International Program Business. __ Proven track record of Underwriting or Development role in industrial #industrial/specialty insurance business. Robust knowledge in various Lines of Business. __ Experience in delivering in an analytical #analytical role (sales environment, controlling roles or similar). __ Ability to implement tools and methodologies to develop market, competitor, and client insight. __ Ability to define segmentation and client differentiation strategies; and be able to define clear value proposition. __ Ability to articulate businesses on the Allianz #allianz Commercial multi-line offering and benefits. __ Strong communication skills, with an ability to influence others without authority. __ Ability to integrate AI-driven insights into your work to optimize outcomes and support broader organizational goals. __ Ability to work in an international matrix organization.
