This is for the position of #Associate #Consultant (HRT) in the #Human #Capital #Advisory team as a #HR Transformation #practitioner. The individual should be prepared to work in a dynamic environment with changing requirements and frequent interactions with onshore engagement teams and clients. In this role you will help our clients through a variety of HR transformation activities in order to help the business achieve its strategic business objectives. __ Key Responsibilities: ·Supports #HR Process redesign & process improvement ·Improves overall HR operational efficiency through various interventions, including technology (interview guide, work activity analysis, synthesis of information, report and so forth) ·Conducts HR Benchmarking and #Research __ ·Demonstrates proficiency in stakeholder #analysis, job impact assessment, communication planning, change measurement (change readiness/surveys, business readiness) and additional experience in culture and change diagnostics ·Demonstrates proficiency in HR organization design analysis and process designing using ARIS / Visio ·Exhibits understanding of various survey tools including Qualtrics ·Takes complete ownership for standalone deliverables, managing the relationship with the client that significantly contributes to the overall success of the project __ ·Supports capability building and demand generation and identifies areas where #KPMG Global Services (KGS) can provide support to other member firms
