Driving the adoption and usage of Takealot’s #takealot self-service advertising platform for Sponsored Advertising #advertising; by Marketplace sellers __ For self-service, analyse sales metrics and advertising data to identify trends and areas for improvement. __ Provide sellers with clear, data-driven insights and recommendations. __ Build media plans for top-tier spending sellers and identify opportunities for upselling additional services or advertising solutions. __ Coordinate the collection of assets needed for designers to create and execute campaigns. __ Manage the integration of all booked advertising campaigns into the marketing calendar, ensuring they are communicated to retail marketing managers and delivered effectively and on schedule. __ Supervise billing and payment processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness. __ Monitor campaign performance through tracking reports, share results with clients, and maintain a portfolio documenting campaign execution. __ Consistently meet and surpass advertising sales targets for the platform __ Assist in development of promotional material and content to encourage adoption of the platform by Marketplace Sellers __ Provide support to Marketplace Account Managers #accountmanager to encourage usage of the advertising platform by their Key Accounts and problem solve issues with these accounts __ Implement new seller acquisition #acquisition strategies __ Collect feedback from sellers about the advertising platform and provide useful insights to further enhance the platform __ Collaborate with the CRM team to build case studies of the successful usage of the tools and develop material for sellers to drive adoption/retention/growth __ Contribute to the development and/or hosting of educational webinars to train users on performance metrics, insights, and how to drive greater results __ Escalate any operational platform issues to the technical teams to resolve
