Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions, with a strong understanding of HR processes and system configurations. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality HR technology solutions that drive operational efficiency and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: Lead or support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions. Configure Employee Central functionalities such as employee data management, workflows, business rules, event reason derivations, and foundation objects. Integrate Employee Central with other SAP modules (e.g., Payroll, Time Management) and third-party systems using standard integration tools. Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing SuccessFactors implementations. Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation. Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors releases and recommend relevant updates or improvements.
