Key Responsibilities Affiliate Relationship Management Identify, onboard, and nurture new affiliate partners. Maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates to maximize engagement and retention. Act as the main point of contact for affiliates, addressing inquiries and optimizing their experience Performance Optimization & Growth Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Develop strategies to increase partners, partner activation, platform’s new spenders’ rate. Optimize commission structures, promotional strategies, and marketing assets to boost affiliate success. Marketing & Campaign Execution Collaborate with internal teams to create effective marketing materials and promotions. Work with affiliates to launch and execute successful campaigns aligned with company goals. (Must Have) Ensure brand consistency across all affiliate channels. Data Analysis & Reporting Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and provide insights on affiliate performance. Generate reports and recommendations for optimization based on data analysis. Utilize analytics tools to measure the success of partnerships and adjust strategies accordingly. Compliance & Best Practices Ensure all affiliate activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Stay up to date with market trends, competitor strategies, and best practices in affiliate marketing.
