Key Responsibilities Will work with the client's Sales Lead counterpart on the development of strategic and tactical plans, Will be responsible for execution of these plans across the sales & account management function Ability to motivate a portfolio of teams/managers to achieve overall quarterly revenue targets and hit KPI’s Will manage and coach a number of Sales Managers Experience in rigorous process & operations management, with ability to grow and scale the business function Brings relevant thought leadership to enhance overall program outcomes Report the business status in weekly, monthly or quarterly updates to multiple stakeholders in data driven, concise and clear written & verbal communications Brings experience to identify and present actionable insights and craft plans to deliver on them Ensures that all Account Manager teams have a thorough understanding on any/all sales initiatives being rolled out, and are able to execute accordingly Maintain a deep understanding of the Greater China Region Export business, and attend regular cadences with key clients/sales partners A people developer with the ability to build and maintain high-performing sales teams Ability to manage delivery outcomes at the same time as providing strategic/tactical input as outlined above
