You will combine deep industry expertise, SAP solution knowledge, and delivery excellence to shape strategic roadmaps, lead engagements, and deliver business value. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, account teams, and global platform leadership to identify opportunities, manage high-impact programs, and enable enterprise-wide transformation. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Delivery: Lead complex SAP S/4HANA engagements from planning through execution, including blueprinting, implementation, testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization. Apply deep functional expertise in SD, MM, BRIM, or FICO to design and deploy scalable, future-ready solutions aligned with industry best practices. Conduct fit-gap analysis, facilitate CRPs, and develop high-quality blueprint and functional specification documents. Oversee RICEFW design, testing, and deployment with a focus on business value realization. Business Development & Client Engagement: Build strategic relationships with Comms & Media account teams and SAP platform leads to identify and convert opportunities into executable projects. Contribute to solution architecture, estimation, and proposal development during RFP processes. Develop accelerators, frameworks, and thought leadership assets to enhance delivery and differentiation. Practice Development & People Leadership: Mentor and coach junior consultants, contributing to skill development and practice growth. Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives, develop capability plans, and support career progression of team members. Contribute to internal communities of practice for SAP Digital Supply Chain, BRIM, and Finance.
