Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their understanding of system operations. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and resolutions to improve future support efforts. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Software Defined Network and Operations. - Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve technical issues effectively. - Experience with network configuration and management tools. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies and best practices.
