Strategy & Consulting is onderdeel van Accenture, naast Technology, Operations, Song, Industry X en Security. Over het Financial Services Team Binnen het Financial Services-team werk je met jonge, gedreven collega’s aan projecten in de Banking, Insurance en Capital Markets industrieën. We helpen financiële instellingen hun bedrijfsmodellen, processen en klantstrategieën aan te passen aan nieuwe trends en technologieën — zoals digitalisering, duurzaamheid, de opkomst van GenAI en veranderend klantgedrag. Wat je gaat doen Tijdens je werkstage maak je deel uit van projectteams die werken aan strategische en operationele transformaties bij financiële instellingen. Je krijgt de kans om bij te dragen aan echte klantopdrachten en interne initiatieven. Samenwerken met multidisciplinaire teams aan klantprojecten. Markt- en dataonderzoek uitvoeren ter ondersteuning van analyses en aanbevelingen. Workshops en presentaties voorbereiden Klantdeliverables ontwikkelen, zoals rapporten, presentaties en dashboards. Meedenken over nieuwe proposities, trends en innovaties in de financiële sector. Eventueel een cursus of certificaat behalen om je professionele ontwikkeling te versterken.
