We are seeking an experienced IAM Manager to join our Cyber Security team. As an IAM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) programs for our clients. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business challenges into technical requirements. For this role, we are looking for either a Privileged Access Management or Identity Governance and Administration senior profile. Key Responsibilities: Manage Identity Governance programs and projects based on SailPoint, Saviynt, or OneIdentity. Manage Privileged Access programs or projects based on CyberArk. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into technical requirements. Manage technical teams in implementing large IAM transformations. Provide expert guidance on IGA or PAM best practices. Act as trusted advisor to our clients within the Netherlands. Mentor and coach IAM colleagues and enable them to be successful on IAM projects. Vendor alliance/partnership management with SailPoint, Saviynt, OneIdentity, or CyberArk. Ensure compliance with security standards and policies. Support IAM-related business development with IGA or PAM expertise and guidance. #LI-EU
