Your main responsibilities as a Delivery Lead at Accenture Delivery Plan, execute, and oversee large-scale delivery programs across investment lifecycle processes (e.g., trading, settlement, performance, compliance, and reporting). Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with strategic outcomes, particularly in data-driven, regulatory, and technology-driven transformations. Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks, especially those related to third-party platforms (e.g., BlackRock Aladdin, SimCorp, MarkitWire, DTCC). Build and lead cross-functional, multi-geography teams with specialized skills in asset servicing, market data integration, or capital markets infrastructure. Stakeholder alignment Act as a strategic technology partner to asset managers, custodians, and institutional investors, aligning delivery with business goals (e.g., cost efficiency, risk mitigation, ESG transparency). Build strong working relationships across investment, risk, operations, IT, and compliance departments. Navigate multi-stakeholder environments, including regulators and vendor platforms (e.g., Murex, FlexTrade, Thinkfolio). Communication Lead communication across global stakeholders on progress, blockers, KPIs, and delivery value. Translate complex technical roadmaps into business language relevant to portfolio managers, risk officers, and operational heads. Negotiate and align delivery scope with clients and third parties (e.g., custodians, software vendors, data providers). Leadership Motivate and lead high-performing teams focused on financial services transformation, particularly in capital markets infrastructure and asset management operations. Solve challenges in data governance, legacy system migration, performance attribution, or client reporting using structured analysis and innovative technology approaches.
