You will work with an Agile mindset to create value across projects of multiple scopes and scale. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Develop and implement modular architectures for application development. - Utilize next-generation integration techniques to enhance application functionality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in application development. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow. - Strong understanding of IT service management processes. - Experience in developing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform. - Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for ServiceNow customization. - Hands-on experience in ServiceNow integration with third-party systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
