How you’ll make an impact: Supervise daily operations of a delivery/process/business operations team, including task assignments and workload management; Act as subject matter expert (SME) and escalation point for issue resolution and client concerns; Build and maintain effective internal and external client relationships within assigned business areas; Oversee proper execution of operational processes and ensure service quality in line with SLAs; Monitor and adjust team schedules and workload distribution to meet deadlines, including potential overtime or weekend work; Review and ensure accuracy of team deliverables, including reports, data entries, and client communications; Prepare and analyze operational reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement; Develop and maintain support materials such as training guides, job aids, and process documentation; Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and implementing efficiency enhancements; Collaborate with project managers to plan resources, define timelines, and align project execution with client expectations.
