Role Overview: We are seeking a hands-on SAP Ariba Subject Matter Expert (SME) with 7+ years of experience in procurement technology and transformation programs. This role will lead key functions within a major SAP transformation initiative, focusing on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, sourcing, supplier management, and contract lifecycle management. The SME will be responsible for configuring Ariba modules, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA, and enabling efficient procurement operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Ariba modules including Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, and P2P. Ensure robust integration between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA to support end-to-end procurement workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and implement best practices. Drive process improvements and automation within procurement operations. Provide expert guidance on Ariba capabilities, limitations, and optimization strategies. Support change management, training, and documentation efforts for procurement stakeholders. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to Ariba configuration and integration.
