You'll learn, grow and advance in an innovative culture that thrives on shared success, diverse ways of thinking and enables boundaryless opportunities that can drive your career in new and exciting ways As a Project Controls Service Specialist, you will: Lead a fast-paced Delivery PMO team working across multiple complex programs of work, reporting directly into Senior Leadership. Support successful delivery as part of the project management office for large scale, high-complexity programmes Use data analytics to uncover actionable insights and inform programme strategy via relevant tools (e.g. Power BI) Own and manage end to end operational and financial data for large projects or programmes of work. Reporting on internal profitability, sales and revenue positions. Work with internal delivery teams to understand status, issues, risks and putting in place mitigation plans Plan, budget creation, management and control using a bespoke suite of programme management tools; including setting up plans, tracking progress, and reporting variances. Liaise with internal Commercial and Financial Management teams to ensure that programme and corporate finances are aligned and that the Programme is delivering to target Manage internal and client stakeholder relationships Responsible for identifying and driving continuous service improvement and process automation
