The #Executive #Assistant will support the #Corporate Development and Corporate #Business Development Team. The role requires an enthusiastic and proactive candidate who will increase the capacity and effectiveness of leaders and contribute to overall departmental efficiency. Responsibilities include calendar management, travel and expense coordination, event scheduling, executive support, and cross-departmental coordination. __ Schedule meetings and appointments and complete calendar #management. __ Manage Travel/Visa/Expenses and filing reimbursement requests. __ Maintain organisation charts and internal email aliases. __ Schedule and coordinate special events and meetings as needed (company event, off sites, lunch/dinner engagements etc.). __ Manage Senior Executive schedules (during their visit to India) and create detailed travel itineraries. __ #Support leader’s direct reports with administrative work. __ Coordinate closely with #Workforce Management, Recruiting, Maintenance, Human Resources, and other teams within the office. __ Coordinate work-related errands as needed.
