Skilled in conducting enterprise-wide Business Impact Analyses and defining end-to-end continuity policies, frameworks, and processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge on Business Continuity Management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Continuity Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with BCM automation tools (e.g. AutoBCM, ServiceNow, MetricStream etc.). - Define and Implement the end to end resilience and continuity policies, frameworks, processes. - - Extensive experience in leading operational, technical, and cyber resilience initiatives to proactively address client threats and ensure timely business recovery. - Develop solutions and strategies to deliver the resilience services and projects for client organizations. - Automate and innovate the services to improve the efficiency of Business continuity function - Expertise in development of Business Continuity and resilience strategies for complex business units. Certifications like ISO22301, CBCP are preferred. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Continuity Planning (BCP). - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
