Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management, Service Desk Voice Support. - Strong understanding of IT service desk operations. - Experience in incident management and problem resolution. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices. - Hands-on experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Service Desk Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
