You will be working as part of the Marketing Operations team, collecting, processing, and analyzing consumer and market data to uncover trends and deliver actionable insights that support informed decision-making. This role will involve developing dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports that clearly communicate findings to stakeholders, while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability through robust QA practices. You will partner with cross-functional teams to align insights with business priorities, optimize reporting processes for efficiency and scalability, and provide both recurring and ad-hoc analyses to guide strategy and execution. You will also be responsible for breaking down the end-to-end process to identify automation/improvement opportunities and create automation / transformation roadmaps. What are we looking for? • Primary skillset should be storytelling, insight generation and presentation with 5-8 years of experience • Proven experience in consumer and market research tools (brand tracking, panel/sales, segmentation) • Strong quantitative and qualitative insights toolkit with the ability to synthesize inputs • Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of consumer needs, attitudes, and behaviors • Agency/third-party management and stakeholder steering experience • Knowledge of QA practices, version control, and documentation standards • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) • Attention to detail and ability to work in high pressure environment • Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and research platforms • Exposure to FMCG/global stakeholders in English-speaking setups • Strong team player with collaboration and problem-solving skills • Exposure to advanced analytics tools and emerging data technologies Roles and Responsibilities: • Deliver end-to-end consumer insights: scope briefs, coordinate with data team, ensure data accuracy, and provide decision-ready outputs • Translate data into clear reports, dashboards, and presentations tailored to stakeholders • Act as SPOC for Insights requests, prioritizing and managing timely delivery with high quality • Maintain data hygiene, documentation standards, and track service KPIs • Support insights strategy and identify opportunities for process improvement • Build strong cross-functional relationships to align priorities and share knowledge • Present insights to management, linking findings to strategic and actionable recommendations
