Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Provide timely and effective service desk voice support. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients. - Document all support interactions and solutions accurately. - Collaborate with team members to enhance service desk operations. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management, Service Desk Voice Support. - Strong understanding of IT service management principles. - Experience in incident management and problem resolution. - Knowledge of remote desktop tools and ticketing systems. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
