Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support project initiatives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire DataHub. - Experience with data integration and management tools. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Guidewire DataHub. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
