Project Management • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers. • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to estimate timelines and costs accurately, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. Communication and Interpersonal skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • We are looking for someone who is comfortable being client facing. • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to assist gathering of requirements and translate them into cost and timeline estimates and technical specifications. • Experience in mentoring and guiding a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
