As a key member of the Amsterdam recruiting team of 6 people, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our office by focusing on campus recruitment and organizing impactful recruitment events. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategies to attract top talent from universities, managing relationships with student and study associations, and coordinating recruitment events that reflect McKinsey's values and culture.
