The Opportunity We are seeking a client-facing Technical Solution Architect to join our Cloud First group, specialising in Microsoft technologies. This is a hands-on role for a strategic thinker who can design scalable, secure, and compliant solutions while collaborating across disciplines and guiding development teams to deliver on those designs. You’ll be part of our team that works closely with clients and internal teams to shape technical solutions that deliver measurable impact. Responsibilities would include.. Solution Design & Architecture Translate business requirements into pragmatic, scalable solutions. Conduct options analysis and present recommendations for best-fit solutions with supporting rationale. Create solution blueprints and high-level effort estimates across design, build, test, and rollout. Technical Leadership Set architectural direction for development teams and ensure alignment with enterprise principles and patterns. Provide coaching and mentoring to developers and junior architects. Lead architectural reviews and contribute to product roadmaps for existing and green-field solutions. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with business users, product owners, and technologists to define non-functional requirements. Strong oral, written and presentation skills to communicate architectural decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
