Key Responsibilities Lead analytics projects and support multiple client deliverables, ensuring high-quality delivery output and meeting delivery milestones Directly manage, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and senior analysts Drive the design, implementation, and optimization of data solutions, models, and dashboards for cargo/trade forecasting and insights Engage with clients and senior business stakeholders to gather requirements, present findings, and manage expectations Ensure data quality, process standardization, and proactive problem solving across analytics workstreams Collaborate with cross-location teams (Amsterdam, Kuala Lumpur) and support continuous product enhancement Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and best practices within the analytics team Contribute to business development, proposal support, and internal capability building
