Job Description: Accenture is seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project delivery using Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies. You will play a key role in facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring successful delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Guide the team and organization on Agile/Scrum best practices. Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress. Work closely with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed product backlog. Identify and remove impediments to team progress. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Support the use of Waterfall where appropriate and manage hybrid delivery models if needed. Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within scope. Foster a collaborative team environment and continuous improvement culture.
