We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Service Desk Agent fluent in Japanese to provide exceptional technical support to our clients. As a Technical Service Desk Agent, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, troubleshooting software and hardware problems, and providing excellent customer service in Japanese through Phone/Chat and Emails. Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support to customers in Japanese via phone, email, or chat Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues Document all technical issues and resolutions accurately Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team members Assist customers with setup, installation, and configuration of software applications Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction at all times Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures #LI-GM
