📍 Location: Amsterdam 📂 Department: Human Resources – Total Rewards Team About the Role As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing our compensation and benefits strategy. You’ll be part of the Rewards, Recognition & Performance team, within the Human Resources department, and will help ensure our reward offerings are competitive, relevant, and aligned with our long-term people strategy and business goals. What You’ll Do 🔹 Strategy & Design Develop, maintain, and implement compensation and benefits programs. Ensure our total rewards approach supports talent attraction, retention, and engagement. 🔹 Collaboration & Execution Partner with the local and global teams to design and administer compensation structures and benefits packages. Manage the annual compensation cycle, including benchmarking, budgeting, and salary/bonus reviews. Lead and/or contribute to projects that enhance our total rewards offering (e.g., pension, mobility, rewards communication). Collaborate with HR colleagues and Business Leaders to understand business and people strategies, designing innovative solutions that support organizational objectives and employee engagement. 🔹 Data & Insights Drive data-driven decision making through detailed analysis and reporting, providing insights that support strategic reward decisions. Update C&B policies and draft communications for employees and the Works Council. 🔹 Advisory Support Serve as the go-to contact for day-to-day performance management, compensation and benefits inquiries.
