What you will do As a Senior Manager / Associate Director, you will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions, including Generative AI (GenAI), large language models (LLMs), and agentic systems. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering transformative AI strategies that align with client business objectives. Architect and implement scalable AI and machine learning systems, including GenAI and LLM-based solutions, aligned to clients’ business strategies and operational goals. Lead the design and integration of agentic architectures and intelligent workflows that enable autonomous and context-aware decision-making. Evaluate, select, and adapt advanced AI tools, frameworks, and platforms (including cloud-native AI services) to meet complex project needs. Build and operate robust data pipelines for efficient ingestion, transformation, and use of structured and unstructured data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define AI architecture strategies. Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency, including fine-tuning LLMs and leveraging retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) where applicable. Design and deliver compelling GenAI-powered demos and interactive prototypes that showcase business value to clients in tangible, engaging ways. Organize and facilitate impactful C-level workshops to illustrate AI solutions in action, drive executive alignment, and accelerate adoption. Develop strategic points of view and thought leadership that position AI as a core enabler of the client’s business transformation. Craft detailed value cases for AI initiatives that reflect the client’s market context, financial targets, and strategic imperatives, supporting buy-in and investment decisions Support business development activities by identifying opportunities for AI projects and contributing to proposal development.
