Compliance Adherence: Verifying that all operations comply with internal bank policies, industry regulations (e.g., KYC, AML), and legal requirements. This involves checking for correct documentation, approvals, and data entry. Error Identification & Reporting: Identifying discrepancies, errors, omissions, or inconsistencies in documentation, data, and process execution. Documenting findings accurately and reporting them to relevant stakeholders for correction and process improvement. Root Cause Analysis (Assisting): Assisting in the analysis of identified errors to determine their root causes, which helps in preventing recurrence and improving overall operational efficiency. Process Improvement Suggestions: Providing feedback and suggestions for enhancing existing processes, controls, and training programs based on audit findings to improve quality and reduce errors. Record Keeping: Maintaining thorough and organized records of all quality checks performed, including findings, resolutions, and follow-up actions. Adherence to SLAs: Ensuring that quality checks are completed within defined service level agreements (SLAs) without compromising accuracy.
