Key Responsibilities: Proven experience in system performance engineering, profiling, and performance optimization at scale with expertise in LoadRunner, Dynatrace, Splunk Hands-on experience with AI/ML model deployment in production environments (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent). Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), especially with managed AI/ML and container services. Deep understanding of Apache Kafka, Kafka Streams, and distributed event-driven architecture. Proficiency in Kubernetes and cloud-native development, including Helm, service mesh and autoscaling. Experience with Dynatrace for application performance monitoring, custom dashboards, synthetic monitoring, and AIOps. Programming skills in Java, Python, PL/ SQL with exposure to Oracle DB, Mongo DB 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5+ years in healthcare technology solutions. Strong understanding of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, FHIR, HL7, etc.) and security best practices. This is a on-site position and requires working on site with the client 5 days per week.
