What we offer: · Starting basic salary from €33,320 +a monthly commission averaging €500 (subject to individual performance) · 23 days holiday, contributory pension scheme, life assurance, health insurance subsidy and AXA employee discounts · Working Hours & Shift Pattern: Full time, 37.5hours per week, 9-5 Monday to Friday Induction & Training: You will receive hands- on training in modern sales techniques and tools. You will learn to understand customer needs and offer solutions to add real value. You will learn to use Sales Force to track and manage follow- ups.
