Responsible of leading efforts in improving operational excellence in Portfolio Management, driving process improvement, enhancing persistency, and fostering customer loyalty across Life, Health and General Insurance. Spearheads transformation initiatives through process standardization, automation and digitalization, while establishing a culture of continuous improvement. This role will encompass overall project management from initiation to monitoring to ensure successful implementation of business transformation strategies. Lead and oversee process improvement initiatives to enhance persistency and customer loyalty within the portfolio management function. Drive transformation through the implementation of automation and digitalization strategies to streamline portfolio management processes. Establish and promote a culture of continuous improvement, fostering innovation and efficiency within the portfolio management team. Manage overall project lifecycle, from initiation to monitoring, ensuring successful execution of business transformation initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for enhancement and develop strategies to optimize portfolio management processes. Analyze data and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making and monitor the impact of transformation efforts. Proven track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives within the insurance and/or financial services industry, with a focus on portfolio management and customer persistency. Demonstrated experience in implementing automation and digitalization strategies within a portfolio management context, leading to increased operational efficiency and streamlined processes. · Strong project management skills with a history of successfully overseeing and executing business transformation projects from initiation to monitoring, resulting in measurable improvements. Previous experience in establishing and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within a team or department, driving innovation and efficiency. In-depth knowledge of data analysis and its application in driving informed decision-making for process optimization and strategic refinement within portfolio management. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify opportunities for enhancement, and develop strategies to optimize portfolio management processes through effective communication and alignment. · Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred. · Proven experience in portfolio management and business transformation within the financial services industry. · Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives. · In-depth knowledge of automation and digitalization tools and their application in portfolio management. · Demonstrated ability to establish a culture of continuous improvement and drive change management efforts.
