Responsibilities: Develop and execute Swiss Privilege’s strategic vision in alignment with the AXA Group’s broader objectives Lead the design and implementation of channel-specific sales plans, including sales manpower development, new client acquisition, training roadmap, branding strategy, incentive campaigns and operational processes Oversee the sales consultancy team and monitor sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and refine strategies to optimize results Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners to facilitate business growth Oversee the entire sales operation to ensure operational efficiency. Collaborate with internal departments such as Distribution Compliance, Sales HR, Corporate marketing, Product, Underwriting & Policy Servicing to ensure seamless channel operations Oversee channel budgeting and expense monitoring Develop contingency plans for distribution disruptions and maintain business continuity Ensure that all distribution Qualifications: Proven experience in distribution management within insurance, banking, or wealth management sectors Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and market insights Relevant certifications such as CFP, CFA, or equivalent are preferred Serve as the Responsible Officer (“RO”), ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and overseeing the business’s adherence to relevant laws and regulations Fluent in English and Cantonese Holder of IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3, and 5 and prior experience as a Long-Term Insurance Responsible Officer is preferred About AXA Hong Kong and Macau AXA Hong Kong and Macau is a member of the AXA Group, a leading global insurer with presence in 50 markets and serving 95 million customers worldwide.
