Responsibilities: Develop and execute Swiss Privilege’s strategic vision in alignment with the AXA Group’s broader objectives Lead the design and implementation of channel-specific sales plans, including sales manpower development, new client acquisition, training roadmap, branding strategy, incentive campaigns and operational processes Oversee the sales consultancy team and monitor sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and refine strategies to optimize results Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners to facilitate business growth Oversee the entire sales operation to ensure operational efficiency.
