YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES: What You’ll Do: Supporting the team on research, and analysis to contribute to strategy definition, project scoping, speaking opportunities preparation, etc. Gathering and formalizing information on Sustainability topics such as Inclusive Protection (including ‘Women in insurance initiative’), Transition & Adaptation Insurance and Responsible Savings across the Group. Benchmarking internally and externally to identify and leverage best practices (including for instance summary of webinars or reports) Participating in data collection & analyzing KPIs against environmental targets Contributing to AXA’s environmental footprint reporting and AXA participation in voluntary ESG surveys YOUR PROFILE Who You Are: Currently pursuing a Master’s degree at a Business School, University, or Engineering School, seeking a 6-month internship. Fully fluent in English and French (oral and written); additional languages like Spanish or German are a plus. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills. Multi-tasks oriented and capacity to prioritize and deliver results within a given time. Dynamic, autonomous, and proactive team player with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of sustainability issues is a big advantage.
