Role and Responsibilities: Manage medium-scale of agency portfolios and maintain strong relationships and rapport with agents through frequent interaction Contribute to the sales channel practices to improve agent’s productivity and efficiency Track and monitor agents' performance to identify areas of improvement and implement enhancement actions. Maximize sales and drive business growth through effective delivery and implementation of initiatives and promotions Execute recruitment strategies and plans for growing the sales force Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of changes and new initiatives with other functional areas. Qualifications and Requirements: University graduate. 8+ years of experience in life insurance. Experience in HK market and understanding of Asian culture highly desirable. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Experience in managing projects and major change programs Exposure to wealth management desirable Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
